Gexa Energy recently modified the layout and information on your monthly electricity bill to provide greater clarity for itemized charges.
The new layout provides better distinction between the Gexa Energy charges and the Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) charges.
There are no new charges on the bill. On the old bill, the Gexa Energy Retail Electricity Supply Charge and the TDU Variable Charges
were combined under the Residential Energy Charge. The new bill separates these charges into their respective categories. |
